In order to enhance capacity and maximize the role of consulting, proposing local strategies, Startup Vietnam Foundation (SVF) and NISD - one of the four core SVF programs to develop the national innovation system and SVF's partners have participated in the Project Lifecycle Management training sessions under the Strengthening Provincial Capacity (SPC) Project of USAID.
